This prestigious certification positions Eskom among a select group of organizations globally recognized for their commitment to creating outstanding workplace environments and fostering exceptional Human Resources (HR) practices.
The certification comes from the Top Employers Institute, the leading global authority on workplace excellence. Organizations achieving this recognition undergo a comprehensive benchmarking process that evaluates their performance across six core HR domains, encompassing 20 key topics. These include People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Wellbeing, and more. To date, the Top Employers Institute has certified over 2,300 organizations across 121 countries and regions, collectively improving the lives of millions of employees worldwide.
